As the official winery of the Long Beach Symphony, we created this limited release, to celebrate the symphony and Composer, Eckart Preu. This summery white wine is sure to please. This combination of Symphony and Gerwurtztraminer grapes makes for a refreshing, slightly off-dry wine.
